- The place is very clean and tidy.
- The service is excellent and there are no delays in orders, afternoon.
- The staff are friendly, courteous and always smiling.
- The only annoying thing is the kids screaming and running around and inside the restaurant.

• Tried the Mexican Chicken Burger — great for spicy burger lovers, but grand chicken special and chicken fillet were waste of money

For today experience 3rd Of August 2025 I was welcome by a lady staff looks like Tunisia lady in kind way but the other 2 Arabic man where look like if they are standing waiting for a fight ( I am describing the impression you get from their body language ) not interested or bothering about a customer is standing in sight even they didn’t show any kind of smile or at least a greet when I passed near to them
Now I don’t know why 🤷🏻 they were in that mode !! as they where completely the opposite of the lady behavior who was welcoming and smiling !!! And there where very noisy talking to each other’s as clearly indicate that customer comfort is not their very last concern
For man toilet, the washing sink was out of tissue paper !!!
For the music played. It’s clearly dedicated and played for just the stuff taste only and have nothing to do with all customers segment taste.
I rarely leave negative feedback, but my recent experience was disappointing enough to speak up. I was left standing at the main customer order counter while several staff members ignored me, choosing instead to chat loudly among themselves. Not only was I not acknowledged, but I was also told to move to a different area—the coffee counter—simply because they didn’t want to walk over and take my order. It felt incredibly disrespectful and lazy.
What made the situation worse was the supervisor’s behavior. She was fully aware of what was happening, yet instead of stepping in to restore order or assist, she busied herself with cleaning and actively joined the noisy, chaotic atmosphere created by her team. Her lack of leadership and disregard for the customer experience was deeply disappointing.
The excessive noise and unprofessional conduct created a disruptive and unpleasant environment, making it impossible to enjoy my lunch. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism—neither of which were shown. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses the poor service and lack of respect shown to customers.
The kids area is so dirty and no Air condition at all. Very bad for kids. They let other kids use their shoes inside while me and my child remove our shoes. Where is the hygiene there? About the AC, I asked the staff and they said it’s under maintenance. If thats the case they should closed it until the issue is settled!
Second, about the food. They served very cold and dumped french fries, burgers were cold as well.. this restaurant started great but they don't know how to maintain it. Lack of maintenance and management at all! And they don't improve their products and service.
