This place is a perfect afternoon lunch spot, especially for a business lunch. At just 95 QR per person for a 3-course meal, it offers incredible value without compromising on quality. The starters—crispy chicken wings and shrimp—were perfectly fried with a light, flavorful crust that set a great tone for the meal. For mains, the chicken was juicy and paired beautifully with a rich butter mushroom sauce, while the shepherd’s pie was creamy, comforting, and full of flavor. The meal ended on a high note with a generously sized slice of cheesecake—smooth, delicious, and the perfect sweet finish.
To top it all off, our waiter ShaShi was such a delight—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxed yet refined midday meal.

Morimoto is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants in Doha. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a stunning interior that combines modern elegance with authentic Japanese touches. The atmosphere is calm, refined, and perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special night out.
The food is outstanding — incredibly fresh sushi and sashimi, flavorful black cod miso, and the Wagyu beef tataki was simply unforgettable. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell the chefs are masters at their craft.
Service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, helping us choose the right dishes and offering great pairing suggestions.
Whether you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine or just looking for a quality dining experience in Doha, Morimoto is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!
My first time here was rather average experience. The ambience was lovely and the service was nice. However, the food was a letdown, especially considering the positive reviews I had seen. It was a family reunion for us, and we wanted to have a memorable dinner, and choose this place.
The salmon sushi combo was disappointly basic, reminiscent of my amateur sushi-making during the pandemic. The chicken nagima was stubbornly struck on the skewers. The sauce with the shrimp tempura didn't complement the dish. Other items like seabass and dumplings, were acceptable, but I had anticipated more in presentation from a premium fine dining establishment.
