Sheraton Hotel Doha is truly one of the city’s timeless gems. As one of the oldest hotels in Doha, its iconic pyramid shape and vintage interior design instantly take you back to the 1970s, offering a unique charm that’s hard to find elsewhere.
The highlight for me was the beautiful private beach — well maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or a quick swim. The dining experience is equally impressive; the food is delicious and varied, but the standout is definitely the Um Ali — it’s simply a must-try and one of the best I’ve ever had!
If you appreciate classic hospitality with a touch of nostalgia, Sheraton Doha is a great choice for your stay. Highly recommended!

Service, rooms, location, amenities. The gym is huge for a hotel, beach was beautiful.
Breakfast options could be improved.

I stayed for five nights in a Deluxe King Room with a Corniche sea view, and here is my feedback:
Positive Points:
The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The view was beautiful, although the weather was extremely hot.
Excellent location — everything is nearby.
Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options.
The staff were very supportive and helpful.
Negative Points:
One night at around 4 a.m., while I was in deep sleep, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud noise, then stopped. This was followed by a high-volume microphone announcement for about five minutes stating that it was a false alarm. The incident completely ruined my night’s sleep and left me with a headache the next day. It was a horrible experience, unlike anything I have seen in any hotel before.
Due to this incident, I am reducing my rating to 3 out of 5.
The Um Ali was truly delicious, with perfectly balanced sweetness and texture. The flavor was just right and made the experience enjoyable.
Special thanks to Nouhaila for her lovely smile and graceful service. She truly added a special touch. Her attention to detail and kind attitude left a wonderful impression. ✨
