I ordered a Latte and it was nice — I liked the taste. The service was good and friendly, which made the experience pleasant. The ambience was okay, though the place felt a bit small. I think it would be even better if there were some background songs to complete the atmosphere.
I can tell that it is definitely freezing inside🥶 they give warm clothes in the entrance and serve ginger shots in ice glasses and unlimited hot beverage. The atmosphere is worth to see especially these hot days.
Nice experience to try. Just enjoy the cold weather. The ticket is 85 qr per person and and if two is 80 qr per each, including the drink. Also, the drink is delicious.

A great way to cool off for sure - but more like walking into a restaurant grade freezer than an icy, cool cafe. For 80 qr per person you get a coat, gloves and a hot beverage to sit in an air conditioned room full of plastic or resin ice sculptures. There is no actual ice! There are some cool structures to take photos with, like replicas of camels and the Statue of Liberty. The drinks were tasty - we had pistachio milk and pineapple ginger served hot in stainless steel mugs. My favorite part was taking a photo outside with the polar bear….
